  1. I don't think it really has an affect on the speed that you are driving, and if it did it would be so small you wouldn't even notice.


  2. The speed will not necessarily change, but the amount of drag that is on your car will decrease significantly. That means your fuel efficiency goes up quite a bit if you roll up your windows (at least if you are traveling 45 mph or faster).

  3. On the freeway, when you roll down window, the car will be slower a bit and take more gas.
