You ever been blamed for car accident that wasnt your fault?

Cause somehow insurance found you at fault.

For instance my friend cut someone off and they lost a wheel but they never acutely got in a car accident or hit but someone reported it to the cops and she got the blame even when the wheel could have came off for another reason such as bad ball joint.

The people weren't there. They don't know what happened. I hate insurance.
