how did you do it?

im 10.2 and wanna get back to what i was for years which is 9.4

  1. Yes i've lost one and a half stones this summer and still going, just by 3 healthy decent meals, and 3 low cal snacks plus approx 45 mins excerise daily, but i do relax on sundays!

    just bear in mind that it will take you longer to lose because you don't weigh that much, your current weight is my goal weight and i still have a long way to go! that might make you feel better!


  2. Yes I lost 2.5 stone on the weightwatchers diet, I found the discipline of going and being weighed each week helped a lot.

  3. Yes. I am diabetic and hypertensive, and the Dr advised me to lose as much weight as possible. He recommended the South Beach diet. It worked, I lost over a stone in about four weeks, and it has stayed off!

  4. i recently (18 months) lost 40 kg, 88lbs, 6.3 stone...all from WALKING.

    i eat kfc, drink 2 much coffee and so on...but just by walking everyday you will lose a lot of weight. i do 30 minutes in the morning and same again or more at night. used to be 120 kg, today i'm 80kg, and very happy :)

    well first i made the decision to become a vegetarian which from that alone i lost alot.

    i think you should stop crisps .. maybe only have some sort of corn maize ones eg cheesy puffs! lol and all biscuits because they are the killer for gaining weight .
