why just dont say 'you got what someone didnt get' is it the same meaning?

this is the full sentence 'dont be jealous coz you got to that someone didnt get to'

Hmm, I don't think either of those sentences really makes any sense in the context.

You wouldn't be jealous because you got something (that someone else didn't get), you'd be jealous because you didn't get something (that someone else got).
