You have all heard of the adage" there is nothing equal to a confident woman". how can I be that?

I am very low in confidence. if someone says "hi" to me, guess what I do? I cringe. when someone gives me tasks to do, i sweat on my palms and when talking to new people, I don't know what to do or say? and I sweat more....

The more you practice, the better you will be at handling new situations. It will be hard at first, but you can do it!

Just learn to laugh at yourself and let yourself make mistakes. I know it's easier said than done, but it can be done.

I was a really shy kid, but it has gotten better! :)
