Joseph Stalin, the Russian leader killed 60 million of his own people, and that is not counting those that he had killed on other countries.

mm...Tough question. Lets see Adolf Hitler killed himself, We killed Suddam Hussein, so that leaves Osama BinLaden. Since we do not know for sure if he's actually dead and since we know that the others all are dead. I'd kill him and make sure he was dead. So I choose to kill Osama BinLaden. This way all three of them are dead.
