how would you try to right this wrong?

would you stop street racing, or keep doing it?

do you pay for your crime, and move on?

do you carry this for the rest of your life?

do you try to right your wrong with the victims family?

do you spend time with a support group for victims, or fellow racers support group?

how would you move on, get past it, right the wrong, and so on?

i think this would be one of the hardest things to move on from. i really don't know what i'd do if it was me....

  1. You asked nine questions in total.  If you asked that many questions about everything you could do and you know is wrong to start with, then you would not have done the first thing wrong.

If you killed anyone, you stop and face the music, and be an honest person for the first time in your life.

BTW, thanks for saying it was street racing and not drag racing.  Drag racing is on the track, street racing is for morons.

  2. turn yourself in and try your best... from experience to stop it happening to anyone else.... you punishment should be visiting all the schools to tell your story so others may learn form you .... as well as whatever punishment is handed to you by the law.

  3. you do know the "street racers kill 8" that happened the other day wasn't the street racers that hit anyone, right?

The crowd spilled out into the street and another driver who wasn't paying attention plowed into the crowd, killing 8 people total and injuring many others.

Police have not filed charges which I feel is unbelievable:  how do you run into a crowd of people with your car and not get charged with murder?  Guy just wasn't paying attention and killed them all.

Did I mention the driver didn't have his lights on?

"About 50 people were watching the race, Gaines said, and she saw the Crown Victoria approach without its lights on. "

someone please put this idiot in jail!

  4. Follow the results of what happened in Accokeek MD Prince George's County around 3 am Saturday February 16 2008 to see how the police and the courts handle this illegal drag racing accident (8 people killed, 6 injured).

  5. According to the article placed here...the facts seem to say these "victims" were the cause of their own demise.  Smoke, fog and a public road??  Dumb idea!  I don't care who someone thinks they are.

In Florida, Very recently, there was a major accident(s) which was predominately the fault of weather and smoke.  Good and innocent people died and were injured while safely trying to operate their vehicles...then people like this have the gall to ask and complain about illegal street racing???  NO Forgiveness for these "victims"!!   DUH...there is a REASON for street racinig being illegal...Do you think this may be WHY??  If it were my choice, I would take away everyone's license who supports or turns a blind eye to illegal street racing, "fans" included!

I love racing, but I am not so ignorant as to think I don't have to follow safety procedures!  And if I seem Harsh, oh well!  These illegal backyard racers endanger every other driver and insult racers and fans everywhere.  Dis-gust-ing!!

I will give one warning, do NOT do this in front of me or my family because after we do stop our vehicles...you "illegals" will need an ambulance...and where will you be when it isn't close by?????

  6. Seems like you just wrote another question concerning street racing..  Dude, find a drag strip. Street racing is dangerous

  7. go to the police and turn yourself in b/c you sound like u are admitting it here.

  8. You have to admit by turning yourself in, or if you're smart, get an underground group to smuggle you out safely from the country. Then, get them to kill all eye-witnesses involved.

  9. to take a life by any means is a horrible thing to live with and a person weather in war or on the street driving has to live with this and try to pay retribution for what has happened but the tough thing is going through life with this on your mind

  10. Some wrongs can't ever be made right. What a person can do is

    - admit to what they've done wrong

    - accept the consequences

    - express genuine remorse

    - do what you can to ease the pain of the victims

    - do what you can to prevent others from making your mistake

    then live with it.

  11. Stop street racing,  pay for your crime, carry this for the rest of your life, right your wrong with the victims family, spend time with a support group for victims not fellow racers and stop racing.
