Only a handful of people have their life peak in high school.  Most people's lives peak after high school.  That's why it is so fun to go to high school reunions.  The beauty queens gain weight.  The men notice the women who used to be the girls they ignored.  The geeks are polished men with successful careers.  You can go back and let everyone see how they underestimated you.

None of those qualities changed the people around me.

So I thought, 'F them' and I;ve lived happily ever after since.

The girl realizes in high school who her true friends are. She has all the fun she can with them.

She may begin hanging out with people who don't go to her school. She finds people she can connect with.

She soon realizes that high school doesn't matter in the long run. No one will care whether or not you had a date for prom when you're 25.

She graduates high school and goes to college. There she makes even better friends. No one cares who she was in high school. She could make up lies if she wanted to, but she doesn't, because she knows it doesn't matter. She has the time of her life.

She eventually has an awesome career and an attractive husband because you can't have either one of those things in high school ...

High school doesn't matter, sweetie. You'll realize that the day you graduate.
