  1. In our area..DeKalb Illinois.. price is about 65¢ a Pound...If you have a big load it's more but you can figure there are about 25 cans in a lb...Now in some states you have to pay 5¢ extra when you buy the pop cans etc...so yes they will give you back 5¢.

  3. Where I live it's 5 cents for cans, pop bottles, imported beer bottles.

    10 cents for alcohol more than 500 ml.

  4. In Australia you get around 80c (approx, it changes) a kilogram. In one of the states you can recycle them for a 5c refund for each aluminum can.
