You know the korean restaurants at mall food courts?

they're okay, right?

like theyre not unhealthy like kfc, sbarros, taco bell, etc, and all those places, right?

cause i work out a lot and people tell me that i need to eat a lot of protein, and i know that korean food has a lot of like vegetables and stuff like that..

  1. if you want protein at a korean restaurant, eat bulgogi. a lot of americans i know love it and i think it suits the american taste better than the other kinds.

  3. yeah and the japanese joints that grill the meat in front of you are pretty decent and high protein with lots of veggies too!

  4. they use decent oils to cook.  i wouldnt say its the healthiest stuff though.  sitting around in sauces...

  5. Um. Protein comes from meat. Not vegetables.

    Many korean restaurants in mall food courts serve Korean barbeque, and if you need protein you should eat this. It's pretty good tasting.

    I would say that it is a WHOLE lot healthier since the meat isn't deep fried or covered in oil.
