Are there blank ones that you can buy and add sound then put it in a stuffed animal?

Ya I know what you are talking about. You can go to Build-a-Bear Workshop and get one of those bears and put a sound thingy in and you do it by yourself.

My niece has one named cuddlez and it plays lullyabys and amazings sounds has a heartbeat and says Hi

You have to recored your voice and put it in or custom made ones

yea the build a bear work shop is the best place to find it plus you can dress it up cute.....i did one for my boyfreind and he loved it
