  1. Yes. As there is little / no oxygen on mars and so needs to be artificial fed to you, so you would need to wear a space suite. And also the temperature of mars is well below freezing, and so you run the risk of frostbite and hypothermia.

  2. yes

    u need to take photographs

    hahahhahahaha

or else u have no proof u went there

  3. Mars is almost a vacuum. Your blood would boil if you didn't have a pressure suit.

  4. Only if you want to live.  There is no life supporting atmosphere on Mars.

  5. There is virtually no atmosphere on Mars (about 1/100 the air pressure here on Earth), so one would need to wear a spacesuit to not only provide oxygen mixture to breathe but also protect against the lack of air pressure.  A diver's mask just won't do.  The air pressure is so low that liquid water would boil away and the remainder would freeze (sounds funny, but that's what happens at low pressure).  Another reason for a spacesuit is the need for protection from solar radiation - since the atmosphere offers little protection.
