You say a valid Email is not valid WHY?

I email my daughter all the time, but you say her email address is not valid, therefore she can't join our group. Why do you not recognize her valid email address ? ? ? ? ?

Contac her By phone & find out her Real e mail

you didn't mention the e-mail provider. some are not  recognized, and wont go through. your server may accept them, but in Yahoo's attempt to prevent spam in groups, some they do not.

to ask Yahoo specifically, you need to directly e-mail them. none of us here are actually anything but users as you are :)
