  2. Since no one here has seen "the range of shops and the new facilities," there's no way we can tell what would need to be improved.  Any input you get here will be utterly useless.

  3. Why, what's in it for me.? Maybe I would, IF I was going to get £100 in shopping vouchers, If I was'nt going to get a gift, they could get stuffed.
