You think my viatamin water is ok if it was out all night with no cap on it

uhh...well dear i dont think its ok!...any food item should never be kept open for more than 2hrs max...and in this case, simplest thing is water's universal solvent keeps on getting all germs and bacteria from air ...not just this, but many of watersolouble vitamins are also vaporized this way:)

It won't go bad.........it might go flat if it was carbonated.
