YouTube Icon not showing up!?

I barely ever change my icon on YouTube and I did so today and the picture is not showing up... I know you have to wait 6 hours until people can see it but dont they let you see a "sneak-peek" of it first?

usually it takes a day or two or just a few hours. It's nothing wrong with it, but if I yakes more than a couple of days it's YouTube's fault.

I had the same problem yesterday. I think it takes a while, for everyone including you.
