YouTube help!!!?!!!!?

Question

How do you get the big video on your profile? I've got the two little videos up but I saw that other people had a big one at the top and two small ones underneath and I was just wondering how to do it

Well youtube partners can upload large videos

you cant upload videos over 10 minutes or 100 mb

You will need to get the URL for the video you want to have on you're Profile first.

Find the Video that want first,..then look to the top left of the page and you will see two very small boxes,Ones an "Embed Code" the others a "URL",..this is the one you need.

Copy it in you're Browser.

(The URL will look something like this>http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=WwjJdwaxyI...

Once you have the URL you will need to,..Log in to you're YT Account,..and click on the  Yellow Button that says:"Edit Channel" then click "Channel Design".

It will show you're layout properties for you're page.

Under the title that says:"Featured Video",..put a tick in that box,..then put a dot in the circle that says:"Video URL".

Below that there will now be a long skinny box that says:"URL",..and all you do is paste the URL you have already got from you're Browser into that box.

Then to confirm you're choice,...just click the button that says:"Update Channel" and it will do it.

When you go back to you're Public Profile,..it will show the Video you wanted on the Right hand side! ;)

youtube will not accept file exceeding 100 MB and 10 minutes, you need to split it and upload separately in series...

--for editing and splitting of video....

moviemaker can help you split it and also edit it.

windows movie maker (included in your windows machine)... it can help you make beautiful slideshow or video clip(e.g. mixing your songs with pictures/video/etc).... then save it as video file such as wmv file format... finally upload.

or .. Just get those clips you want , save & convert them, and then mix/match with pix/sound/etc using windows movie maker to create new masterpieces....

this will help you.... Use 'zillatube'. This is the easiest (and also the fastest) way.

Zillatube produces mpg/mp3 formats from youtube that are compatible with windows movie maker(or media player), and more.

It is very easy to download and convert videos. Then edit those converted mp3/mpg videos with windows movie maker... save your file as wmv and then upload.

It works very well....just google search for "zillatube"
