We are a non-profit organization that is using YouTube to host videos we place on our web site. The videos play fine. But the "preview" frame, which is selected by random, has our a very unflattering still image of our CEO with a big "play" symbol on her nose. Do you know anyway to select a specific frame to the "preview" pix, or, for that matter, how to make the screen black?
