There is a vegetarian group at the university of waterloo, my friend was a member but i cant remember what its called. There is a vegetarian cafe at the childrens museum on king st in kitchener. on duke st downtown there is a place called The Duke st muse its a vegetarian restaurant. Oh and on queen st by A Second Look bookstore there's one too.There is also zen gardens on king in waterloo there is another restaurant on regina st in waterloo on the corner of regina and elgin... can't remember what its called at the moment. As far as grocery stores go... theres the natural food market on bridgeport, theres an organic market on king in waterloo across from waterloo town square. There's also a place called full circle foods on charles st downtown by the bus terminal. And theres a supermarket called the green door on fairway by the mall. Of course the best place to go is the new kitchener market for fresh fruits and veg its open saturday mornings.
