Young Adults Group Help?

Question

I'm looking for a little bit of help from people who have experience in the young adults ministry at churches.

a. How do you get in touch with people who may want to be guest speakers for your group? What kind of costs are involved with that?

b. Are there any websites out there that give you help on leading a ministry like this?

c. Do you know of any fundraisers that are proven to work for small groups likes ours?

d. Who would I contact in my community for volunteer programs that are available?

e. What are good ways to boost attendance to our meetings?

I am not the leader but I do run the MySpace page for our group. I'm just wanting to present some ideas and all to our leaders.
