Young and Restless> Billy Abbott?

Question

For the past couple weeks there has been talk of Billy being the daddy to Chloe's child. This makes no sense to me ??? Why would Billy come into town and have no contact with his mom , family or friends ??? Could someone please explain this to me so when everyone speaks of this I can understand ?? Like I said" none of this makes any sense'' OR are the writers' really that stupid that we The Fans would not put two and two together ????

Well I don't know, but they would have us believe that Summer went to Victor's Birthday party a few weeks ago and she was only 2 and now she is 5.  Noah went away to camp 10 years old and now, just 2 months later he is 15.  Lily just turn 21  and they were just is High School Last year.  Amber is now on Y&R and she is suppose to be the same age of Daniel and that gang, and on B&B she was older then Rick.  Guess she went to (Age Reverse School).  So I guess we are suppose to believe anything.

I also read the spoiler that Della did saying that Billy was in Hong Kong all this time..or was he? It was on www.soaps.com. When the former Billy Abbott was on the show the last time, he was a big time gambler if anyone remembers that. He was very sneaky about things too. I think he had even stolen some of Jill or Katherine's jewelry and pawned it to pay for his gambling debts. He was way in over his head in gambling debts. And Jack had him doing all sorts of spying and things for him, so yes I could see him hooking up with someone like Chloe, he wasn't so nice himself. That is why Jill sent him to Hong Kong. He was selfish and just out for himself this last time he was on Y&R. So maybe he had hooked up with Chloe at one of the photo shoots that was out of town. He could have been on a business trip and meet her in a bar or something. We have all seen the way she acts when she is drinking.  We all know how the writers have been lately so anything with them is possible too.

I dont get it either. I have also heard that Chloe is going to be Esters daughter Kate..Got to love the "rumors!"

But I will say that the new actor Billy Miller was fantastic on AMC. I can not wait to see his take on Billy Abbott. This guy can act! So it should be good.

I'm with you, it's a little far-fetched and confusing, but after reading Snoopy Rock's comments, l have come up with this theory:

As Snoopy said, Jill shipped him off to Hong Kong because he was making a mess of his life, gambling etc.

What if:

Billy and Chloe hooked up and he told her everything about his family and that he's heir to C.I, then he finds out that Cane is the new kid on the block and he's jealous. So him and Chloe decide to spring this "child" on Cane, causing a scandal, then Billy comes to town and is ushered in as the new king of CI because he's scandal free! Just a thought.

Even if Billy came to town, his character is nothing like Chloe, a schemer to get the Chancellor gold. So, it wouldn't make sense that Billy has changed into an irresponsible sneaky untrustworthy person who would become the *****'s boyfriend. That would be like Days of Our Lives - totally stupid crappy stuff with terrible writers and characters.

If Billy does come back, I'd love to see David Tom take over the role. although I heard it's someone by the name of Billy Miller.

Oh no, Billy Abbott will be played by the recently former Richie from AMC?

The last time they brought someone from AMC onto Y&R, it was psycho David Chow!

Who knows what to expect from this upcoming Billy. Yikes.
