Young painter in Portland, Oregon?

I'm a young struggling artist and I'm new in Portland (I'm a Filipina), I was wondering where I can meet fellow young painters and how can I get started to sell my stuff?

Not sure what being Filipina has to do with anything.

Idk, maybe they look better in person? My professional opinion is they need more work.

There are several struggling artists in Portland. If you would like to meet a few of them head out to the shows around town. Get to know them, visit their studios and get their opinions on how to improve as an artist.

I'd suggest trying to get hung in a few coffee shops and the Alberta Art Walk.

If all else fails maybe get a job at the coffee shop.
