I'm 20 y/o and eager to start traveling next year. I feel like if i don't get out of where i am now (maryland), i will get stuck here forever, just stagnating. So i am wondering if anyone knows of any programs where you can travel and work anywhere around the world. I have found one in particular (BUNAC) that is really nice, where you can travel to and work in places like Canada, Costa Rica and New Zealand for up to a year, but i was just wondering if anyone knows or could suggest some others like that program. any help would be appreciated

  1. It's often hard to find work because many jobs don't like hiring people who work short time. But I love traveling and even though I live in a major city (which should be exciting) I can't help but crave to see everything! So what I've been doing is going on EF college break tours. They're trips for people 18-26 and it's really fun. They have a ton of different options from Italy to Greece to Costa Rica to Ireland to Germany...basically anywhere overseas. They're really cheap too because they pay for meals and book hotels for you. You travel with your group and I've met some really great friends. If you go on the website EFcollegebreak.com they show you the itinerary and give a price quote for each trip. Some trips are on discount right now ($200 dollars off with promo code) such as the Greek Isles. The promo code I have is canedo2153. I have gone on two of these trips as well as travel without a company, but EF is definately easier cheaper. Hope this helped get you out and see the world!!

  2. You'll find tons of these programs if you borrow a work abroad book from your library. One books is "Delaying the real world"

It will definitely be easier now, I wish I had when I was in school and had all that free time.
