Young writers, what's your favorite place to post writing & get constructive criticism from other writers?

I'm registered on Livejournal and post to lots of communities there; I've also participated in National Novel Writing Month so I usually go onto those forums as well. I'm curious as to what other sites young writers use to post their work and receive constructive criticism from other young writers.

i didn't kno u cud post ur poetry online for ppl to critisize. i wud love to do that. i dont like having my close friends tell me how they like it cuz they can lie. so i'm sorry i dont kno but i'll sure find one.
