Younger woman older man?

I am wondering why this younger woman has made special attemps to meet me while on a business trip. she make every attemp to say hi when I walk into the room, with a HI pitch voice. when we do our business, I usually say bye and on my way. I am thinking she's very nice and likes to just kid around.too young for me!

I'm currently in a relationship with a guy 28 years my senior. He thought he was too old for me and I thought I was too young for him. However, he got up enough guts to talk to me about it...and well, we found something neither of us expected to find.

If you are interested in her, play along. If you aren't, don't give her any idea. Keep to your busy, nothing more. You may need to tell her as well that you are not interested in a relationship.

Maybe it's some sort of   love interest here?  Though, I'm not understanding if you're a man, why you're using a woman's name of Wilma.  

Or maybe she just wants to be your protege?   Or maybe she's just the friendly sort?  

Could be any number of possible reasons.  Just maintain a professional relationship & you'll be OK.
