Today, Tuesday, it seems to be open, but I would call the phone number above.  The website has an hours of operation section - but it's not quite clear what exactly is the public session time (I'm not sure if it's supposed to be "Between 9:00am - 3:00pm  &  6:00 - 9:00pm".)
