Ive seen some crazy things on ebay....like even used underwear!!!

Ebay has a policy stating your not allowd to sell used underwear but some people used different words in their listing to avoid being flagged like"preowned" & "panties"

Do you think its a good policyto have or do you think it should be the buyers personal decision?

Im only asking this question for discussion. Please no rude answers or youll be flagged. Thankyou.

  1. I don't think thats a good policy for that rule preferably. It's really gross and you never know what person wore those before you.

  2. nasty!  I think they do it to keep a family friendly atmosphere.....  to each his own i say, but whatever.  I'm not in a moral mood today.

  3. Yuk.  Selling of used underwear should not be condoned.

  4. I do not think it should be allowed.  Personally the only people I see purchasing this is those with fetishes and they shouldn't be encouraged on this type of site.

  5. If someone wants to sell his or her used underwear, and someone wants to buy that underwear, why not? Of course, eBay is allowed to have and enforce whatever policies the company feels are necessary.

Mutual exchange benefits everyone. The person who wanted old skivvies gets the skivvies, the person who wanted money gets money. They benefit, and how are we harmed?

I personally would pay someone to _not_ send me used underwear. However, my preferences cannot dictate what other people can buy and sell.

I spent a couple hundred dollars on parts to build the computer I'm typing on. My dad would have spent the same amount of money on baseball tickets. Should I not be allowed to buy computer parts because of his preferences?

  6. I love used womens underwear.

Ebay can do whatever it wants.

People can like or not like whatever they want.

  7. Any seller who violates eBay policy by using alternate wordings deserves their 2 weeks suspension.  If they do it more than once, they deserve to lose their ability to ever sell on eBay.

eBay banned the sale of used underwear in the general area because it was does not want the reputation of promoting either pornography or sleaze.  (Remember, this is eBay's sandbox.  They get to make the rules.) The worst of the ads offered to also send photos of the owner wearing the unwashed underwear to the buyer.  Some even went so far as to describe the scent of their ancient socks and shoes for the foot fetish crowd.

  8. I think that you should stay out of the mature section if it offends you
