What is your best or your favorite cookie recipe that you would like to share....

  1. the one that comes on the back of a bag of nestle chocolate chips...


  2. lollipop cookies

    1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® golden vanilla cake mix

    1/3 cup vegetable oil

    2 eggs

    20 to 24 wooden sticks with rounded ends

    1 container Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy frosting (any flavor)

    1. Heat oven to 375°F (350°F for dark or nonstick cookie sheets). In large bowl, beat cake mix, oil and eggs with electric mixer on low speed until blended.

    2. Onto ungreased cookie sheet, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart. Insert wooden stick in edge of dough until tip is in center.

    3. Bake 8 to 11 minutes or until puffed and almost no indentation remains when touched. Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Frost and decorate as desired. Store loosely covered.

    High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): In step 2, flatten cookies slightly with bottom of glass.


  3. PEANUT BUTTER CHIP CHOCOLATE COOKIES  

    1 c. butter

    1 1/2 c. sugar

    2 eggs

    2 t. vanilla

    2 c. flour

    2/3 c. cocoa

    3/4 t. baking soda

    1/2 t. salt

    2 c. peanut butter chips

    Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla together. Mix dry ingredients and stir into sugar mixture. Stir in peanut butter chips. Shape into balls and bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes. Makes 3-4 dozen.

    An old recipie that I use all the time. I like to make cookies the old fashoin way... :)
