I was just wondering.

What was life like for you guys when you were kids?

Did you get spanked over the knee?

Why? Did you learn from it?

Don't get mad, I'm not asking you to give me a 100 pushups!

WEll my father used to kick me out of the house when i was 7,i got hit with belt and shoes, he would slap me in my face humiliate me by tellling u eat my food like a dog,so i became more anti regime or anti authority type to this day i push ppl to have a fight with me.I hated him for tht did he suceeded,i had my first smoke at 14 and my first Vodka at 16 so i guess he failed miserabely lolz...

My childhood was fine. yes I was spanked over the knee. When I was younger I was spanked with a wooden spoon. I deserved it. I learned not to do certain things because i did not want the negative consequences.

I'm 62, so that was a looong time ago. I remember only one all-out spanking, and that was with a cedar shake over my mother's knee. I'm pretty sure I had gone out on the roof while my father was putting new shakes on the house. I was about 4.

My mother had migraine headaches, so we tried not to get her upset.

If we didn't obey, she would threaten us with  a spanking with the wooden spoon. All she had to do was rattle the drawer and we would shape up.

After she waxed the floor, we would skate around in wool socks to polish it. Even the neighbor kids liked to help us polish our floors.

I had a great childhood.  I grew up on a farm, the parents were always there, Mom didn't work, we had enough of what we really needed.  I was the youngest of five and I did get spanked, but also got spoiled rotten.  I grew up but it was a long time coming!  My parents were wonderful.

I was one of the lucky few. I had a great childhood. My parents were together, and were always there for me. They provided with a lot of love and discipline to get me to where I am today. I got the occasional spanking when I misbhevaed, but it was always deserved and explained to me why I was getting it.  My parents were great. Thanks Mom and Dad
