Our board system is undergoing, and has been for quite a while now, a major upgrade. In the last year and a half FixYa has registered 4 million people. This has caused all sorts of problems, mostly to we experts it been a failure to Alert us to responses from customers. However, that this was an enclosure, and within that a power converter, problem I don't doubt, does not surprise me. As I stated in the last sentence there are times when only warranty support is the answer when it comes to hardware problems. If you were billed and charged for your problem, you may challenge that fee. You should find the links starting on our home page.
