Sorry if this quiz to personalize your life stlye to your ideal size is bad i made this up in my mind.

1. Caculate your bmi are you Normal ,under weight, over weight

4. If you are Under weight... Dont gain fat Gain mustle

. eat at least 5 veggies a day and 2 portions of meat or egg

. Run or walk 4 miles a day

. 1 soda a week otherwise drink water, tea, juice

If you are normal...

Dont sweat it just live life happy

if you are over weight cut your portions in half

  1. I think this provides a good guideline for BMI, which is better than just weighing oneself on a scale since it also takes height into account. However, it cannot measure muscle, and that is very important. A serious athlete may be considered overweight on this by having lots of muscle (which weighs more than fat).
