Your Opinion Best Anime of 2008?

I'm looking to check out some new anime. Wondering what your suggestions are of the best anime series of 2008?

Once that haven't been released in english and are only subbed at this point count too..I have access to those :)

Oh and no Full Metal Alchemist/Naruto/Bleach, those have been done to death. I'm talking about new stuff! No manga either, just looking for anime!

For 2008, the best anime will be Clannad obviously..

Edit : Yo, Jazmin! haha...Clannad After Story will be aired around this October..

And all Clannad fans are waiting for it!

Well, most of them are sequels so you should check out the prequels before watching. However before watching any, I recommend you look at the genres before starting the anime.
