2. Tony Grieg's commentary is just more exciting & lively to hear!

3. Billy Bowden's quite a character & he's also better at handling on-field activity.

4. Simon Tauffel's getting the best umpire award from last few years consecutively now (so as you said- easy pick ;)

1. Shastri. Both Shastri and Chappell are very good, but Shastri just edges it as he is that little bit more likeable.

2. Boycott. How can anyone disagree with The Great Yorkshireman. Knows the game inside out, has an opinion on everything, and isn't afraid to speak his mind.

3. Bowden. I still can't understand how Benson ever became an elite umpire.

4. Taufel. Very good umpire, rarely makes mistakes.

1. Ravi Shastri or Ian Chappell?

Winner- Ravi Shastr. I think Ravi Shastri is a superb commentator, he brings the match alive, his excitement when every shot is played is heart-warming to watch. I would put Shastri up there with the best commentators in the world. Shastri knows the game inside out but he also has a likeability factor too. Chappell isnt bad either.

2. Tony Greig or Geoffrey Boycott?

Winner- Geoff Boycott. Boycott tells the viewers like it is, if someone has bowled a bad delivery he will tell you so, if someone is bowling a bad spell he will make it clear that they are bowling badly. Boycott is the most opinionated commentator in the world, and most people find that entertaining. Greig is a great commentator too, his exciteability is great to watch.

3. Billy Bowden or Mark Benson

Winner- Billy Bowden. Bowden is a far better umpire than Benson, sometimes people forget that Bowden is actually a superb umpire as well as being entertaining. Benson has made many mistakes in short stint as an international umpire.

4. Rudi Koertzen or Simon Tauffel

Winner- Rudi Koertzen. Tauffel has lost some of his credability over the last year, because he has had a bad umpiring year, i can think of at least 5 awful decisions that Tauffel has given over the last 12 months. Koertzen on the other hand is consistent.

3. Billy Bowden or Mark Benson...? Billy Bowden....not because I have anything against Benson but Bowden is one great soul who makes a  match very lively by his funny gestures!!!

4. Rudi Koertzen or Simon Tauffel.......? I completely agree with the ICC for awarding Simon Taufel the Best Ump tag for last few years!!! He is a great umpire indeed!!!

Koertzen too is a pretty good ump.Btw, it was an easy one because Taufel has set the standards too high!!!

1) Ravi Shastri - just becoz he is more lively than Ian chapell!

2) I think Tony grieg....he is the better commentator, i guess!

3) Billy Bowden - He is too much entertaining and makes less so called "human errors" as compared to Mark Benson!

4) Yes, this is an easy one - certainly Simon Tauffel becoz he is the Best umpire (acc. to ICC)!
