Your State's Mile and Two Mile State Qualifying Time???

Hello all. I'm just curious. What the required times to qualify for state in the mile and two mile in YOUR state?

Colorado: mile: sub 4min 30 sec

2 mile: sub 9 min 43 sec.

These are approximate, they may be off by a few seconds.

Anyway, back to my question. What about your state's?

P.S. Please tell me your state's name also! And I'm only looking for your state's qualifying times. Don't just google them. I just want your state's, not all 50!

My Schools mile time (In CT) for the mile is 4:45 (tough time), I’m not even close.

The State of Texas does not use times.

Each school division, based on attendance levels, has 4 region championships.

The top 2 from each region go to the state meet.

There are 5 divisions and each one has a final only, meaning that some very fast people do not go to the state championship.

Some small school divisions may have slower times and large schools usually have faster times.
