  6. As a teen back in the 70's, I played in the Greater NYC Ice Hockey League as a defenseman. Scored two goals in one game, even though I wasn't much of a scorer. One of them was a wrap-around! I was especially proud of that one.

  8. Two years ago...threw a 40-save shutout to win 1-0 (I had an assist on our goal).  To this day I still have no idea how I made about half the saves I made.  Had a great night afterward, and had to make the walk of shame back to the bar to get my car the next morning.  Made getting screamed at by my boss for being late worth it.

  9. It was a crazy game, and i had already gotten into a fight, and then a guy on my team gets tripped on a breakaway, and i just go level the guy, then the goalie and everyone else comes, and it was a brawl, i got kicked out of the game, but i just thought it was awesome. there were about 5 more fights after the brawl, and 4 other ejections, two for the goalies

  10. well for FIGURE skating probably my first time competing when I nailed that axel it felt so good the song a skated to was shake it to...

  11. My senior year of high school we were in the championship game against a team that had gone undefeated for the past 7 years.  I remember before the game our coach told us that he didn't expect a win and it was unrealistic for us to really expect one either but he was proud of us just for making it there.  The puck dropped and for the next sixty minutes I played the best hockey of my life.  I was always a somewhat good goalie, but nothing amazing.  That night I made 54 saves for a shut out, we beat them 1-0.  I remember draping the medal over my pads the first time I'd ever won anything substantial in my life.  I don't think anything could rival how great I felt at that moment.

  12. Scoring a hat-trick in front of my family & friends.

  13. End of a game last year these benders were hacking on my goalie and I stopped them.  They had 5 guys out there we had 3 plus our goalie.  Two kids went after me, but I tripped them, and they fell in the net.  My goalie flipped the net around and pinned the kids into the boards while me and my buddy went at the other 3.  Craziest thing ever it was awesome.

  14. I made vodka/watermelon schnapps snow cones.
