Who is al\t fault when it comes to binge drinking?

  1. The person doing the drinking. You have to know when to say enough!


  2. The person doing the drinking is responsible for how much they drink.

    If the person themself did not buy the alcohol in question, then the provider/host is also partially responsible for providing an encouraging environment.

  3. Both the provider and the drinker. But it is up to the drinker in the end. If drinking is not good, and the Government are supposed to be ultimately looking after the welfare of the people, then alcohol should be illegal! That would be proper care.

    Prohibition is better than cure. Especially when we see clearly that the disease is becoming worse. Longer opening hours is naturally going to bring about, more drinking. They all know that! Even a blind man could see that. But too much money involved!! Keep them pissed and they won't see or really worry about whats going on. It's the old mushroom program.
