First off, it's not "your"  it's "you're".  Second, how do you shape anything?  You work it, you mold it, you carve it.  You make your place in it and you allow your attitudes and beliefs to infect those around you.  If these attitudes and beliefs have merit, they'll spread.  If not, they'll die.
