If you're talking about things like Google Earth, and you meant "live" instead of "life", then no.  There are no live satellite images that you can download.  Google Earth, and I suppose other similar programs, are updated once in awhile.

Sometimes NASA TV has live videos from space, but they are not interactive and usually not magnified.  You see what they are filming at the moment, nothing else.

No, maps like Google Earth and Yahoo maps are NOT live, they're not even up-to-date.

I know because they've been building an entirely new town next to where I work, for two years now, and the maps don't show any of it yet.  They still show what was there before the project was started.
