Your most embarassing moment?

This is my experience...

My most embarassing moment was when i picked up a model turtle in a shop in Spain while i was on a trip with the school and the lady at the counter came over to me and started yelling in Spanish, Now since i am Italian i understood a few words she was saying and i managed to understand that she was saying "dont touch it if you wont pay for it" and i said in English "i will pay for it" but she didnt understand me and everyone looked at me and i was just standing there being yelled at. Then the lady calls over her manager and the manager translates in English (although i did understand what she was saying and i was right xD) so i said "I will pay for it" and the manager explains it to the lady and then i didn't go into that shop to buy anything anymore.

Any other interesting stories??

Life in general......I look back sometimes and think my life has been a comedy of errors. I've had so many embarrassing moments in the last 50 years that I couldn't pick just one and say it was the most embarrassing.

I'm a  baby boomer and somebody got me a blind date they said she 's right for you just relax and be yourself . so i got to the door with my flowers and an absolutely ravishing female person opened it and i handed her the flowers - thinking that was my date - wait she said , I 'll get my mother. she was all right too but i would have preferred the daughter.
