I think they are more less the same or finlanders are better.

Germans for sure! Fins are too strange, and Norwegians are alright. No one beats Heidi Klum, Diane Kruger(blonde wife of Nicholas Cage in National Treasure), Claudia Schiffer, Heike Makatsch, Eva Habermann, Nadja Auermann, and Eva Padberg, ect. Germany also has many immigrants to South America, bringing you Gisele Bündchen(German-Argentinian).
