Hi, i just picked a fantasy football team, and i was wondering what you guys think of it. It is my first draft and i do not know much about fantasy. I think my team is ok. I would like suggestions, opinions, and a rating out of 10 would be great. Actually, i will only pick best answer for those who give a rating out of 10, unless yours is great.

QB. Eli Manning (I know you doubt him, but i trust him)

RB. Joseph Addai

RB. Earnest Graham

Flex. Plaxico Burres

WR. Reggie Wayne

WR. Braylon Edwards

TE. Owen Daniels

Defense. Bears

Kicker. Shayne Graham

Bench (I think i have a pretty decent bench)

Roddy White

Kevin Smith

Jake Delhomme

Ahmad Bradshaw

DJ Hackett

Isaac Bruce

LJ Smith

  1. Eli Manning? Your starter who threw 20 ints last year?

Earnest Graham platooning with Cadillac Williams??

    Owen Daniels? Texans IDK??

Bench is questionable not all great Productive players but could get you a few fantasy points here and there.

  2. your team sucks amigo eli yeah won the superbowl but he is not a even a good ff player both him and delhomme were one lose away from losing there starting jobs...wait..delhomme did lose it.

your RBs are just ok not a big wow!!!

your WRs are the best thing you have and they dont get you that many pts.

    TE- so so

Def- good but not the same after the lost the superbowl in top ten maybe # 6-7 tops

so overall I would give your teama 4 out of 10

  3. ok 1st thing i noticed... to many colts. if ur are going to be playing fantasy is very important that u have a ton of players from different squads. simply cuz if they do bad one week ur whole team will suck that week or face a tough defense that week u cant bench them cuz u have to many as starters.

second, u did a good job in the bench. u have ur back up QB, although not very good but can have a great season, so i wont rip on that guy. got lj smith as a back up TE to a owen daniels. and have ur back up RB and WR's. i recommend another defense. maybe drop one of the bench wideouts u got. cuz u wont get any production from the bears on their bye week. or if they struggle, u always have to have a plan b for everything when u playing fantasy sports. u dont have a backup kicker which is ok since they dont get much points anyways. so no point really having one taking the space of another position, right?

and 3rd, i rank ur team a 7.5/10. i like the qb u picked, some people are shying away from him cuz of the injury but they dont realize that payton is way to good to not draft him or ;et somebody else get him. i like the fact that addai is on ur team but again is not always good having alot of offensive wepons from one team on ur fantasy roster. graham was a stud last yr. but we dont know if he can repeat and do some of the same. i never like burres dont know why really, although eli was on fire at the end of the yr. and into the playoffs so if he can keep it up like last yr. u could be getting huge numbers from him. wayne... u know already how i feel about it. i am not saying they are bad or going to do bad but is not something most managers use (tactic) cuz is to risky. daniels had nice numbers and all but i think u need to get ur self an upgrade there. and u might want to think about having another big running back. bradshaw is a back up, u need somebody that u know is going to start and get 22-30 touches a game when u need him. well thats all i can say right now. hope this helps and good luck. c ya

  4. if this is a 10 team league, you are good on defense and your kicker, and your WR's are great. My concern is your TE's and RB's. On bye weeks or if one of your running backs get hurt, you are in bad shape. You are average around QB's but I would suggest taking Favre instead of Delhomme if he hasn't been taken yet. Your TE's were apparently taken late and shows as a weak point. Your Bench other than White is lacking which contributes to a overall rating of 8. I find my teams improving as I keep on drafting teams. You'll learn who to pick when to get the best team. Good luck!

  5. Looks not so good 5/10

QB is god awful (you do remember eli had three picks returned for touchdowns in a single game last year last year) Jake Delhomme is a better option

    WR are very good

RBs look bad except for Addai

    Defense - should be good

you dont have an elite TE ...

i am assuming this is a 10 team league

  6. Trade (as soon as you can):  Jake Delhomme (Smiths out already and theyll be running more; Ahmad Bradshaw (Legal troubles); Roddy White (there are better Wrs available), Isaac Bruce (has worth so trade him before he gets injured).

Some secrets:  Nate Burleson will be a beast because he's now the #1 reciever for the Seahawks, and Deion Branch is still recovering.  Julius Jones is another Seahawk that will have a good year at RB.

Oakland Raiders finshed last year 4th in rushing total, now Darren McFadden and Antoino Fargas will be the meat and potatoes of their attack.  Javon Walkers already been beat up, and tried to quit, looks like lots of running, screens, and over the middles.

Stephen Jackson says he's not coming to the team without a new contract period.  Unlike Chad Johnson he's done what he said he would buyer beware.
