Derrick Rose, comparison: Dywayne Wade/Chris Paul at best, at worst comparison: jameer Nelson. in my opinion I think he will be the best in the long run bringing chicago a championship, but may take his rookie year to develope an Nba calibur.

Michael Beasley Comparison: at best al jefferson/chris bosh. At worst LaMarcus Aldridge. Is great right now but i think he will be a nice addition for the heat led by dwade to win a champioship.

Oj Mayo; Comparison: at best vince Carter/manu ginobili, at worst Larry hughes. He definately will help memphis but in my opinion the wolves needed a 2 guard why'll memphis needed a bit post threat in kevin love. He probably will get traded this year.

Russel Westbrook at best rodney stuckey in the future, and at worst eddie house. He is EXACTLY what OKC needs, and I definately see a championship with seattle in 5 to 6 years, although tthey also desperately need a big in kevin love to but that will be for them next year.

  1. Derrick Rose: Reminds me of Deron Williams. Like Williams, he should get a lot of playing time and eventually win the starting job. He'll probably see a lot of time as a pure point guard. Eventually, he'll be used more as a shooter. Right now, the Bulls have enough shooters to not need him immediately.

Michael Beasley: Who knows how he'll fit in with Marion. On a team thats filled with unanswered questions, it is undecided how Beasley will fit in with the team. I see him as a small forward because of Marion's exceptional rebounding abilities. The Heat lack depth, so he should get scoring opportunities early on. In college, his defense progressed quickly, which should happen eventually in the pros if he can keep up with the more athletic swingmen. He'll be a great scorer in his rookie year and the rebounding and defense will progress over time.

OJ Mayo: With Conley developing into a promising point guard, Mayo should see a lot of time at his natural position of shooting guard. Since Jaric seems to have already reached his low ceiling, Mayo will see a lot of playing time. With the lack of ballhandlers on the Grizzlies, he'll get the ball a lot. I expect an easy transition to the NBA. A frontrunner for rookie of the year.

Russel Westbrook: Still pretty raw as a ballhandler. Probably should have stayed another year in college. But he's the best passer in the draft. Don't expect to see him that much in his rookie year because he'll develop slowly. Earl Watson was a pleasant surprise last year and will see most of the time at point guard. Not very NBA ready.

  2. Derrick Rose- D Wade is a perfect comparison for Rose

Michael Beasley- I can see him as a Chris Bosh as well.  Although Beaslet has a good Jumper and Bosh's is decent but Beasley can stroke it from 3 as well.  Beasley is a tough comparison, I think of Derrick Coleman when i see beasley, or like a young Larry Johnson.

OJ Mayo-  I think he will be like a Chauncey Billups, if hes lucky.  I honestly watched almost every USC game this year and he didnt impress me that much.  He will be solid but I don't see a tremendous amount of upside in him.

Russell Westbrook-  I think of Gary Payton when i see Wesbrook, although Westbrook is a better athlete than Payton ever was.  I know its a long stretch for him to be like GP but he is a defensive PG that can score and distribute

Bayless-  Just a dynamic scorer, like monte ellis or barbosa

Eric Gordan- he's a tough one.  hes an undersized 2 guard and he cant do much else but score, there are a lot of those type of players in the NBA or that try to make the NBA that don't amount to much.  So idk about Gordan.

Kevin Love- Ithink Love will do better than people think.  He is a great rebounder and excellent passer and has good footwork underneath and can shoot the ball.  I think he could be like a boozer.

  3. D. Rose - J kidd with a jumpshot at his best. he's bigger and stronger than nelson so i don't see that "at worst" comparison. he's not the scorer dwyane wade is. and just because he's good doesn't mean he'll bring a ring to chicago... there are many things the GM and chicago management have to do to make that a championship team... prediction: they'll be in the late lottery this year.

Michael Beasley is waaay more athletic than al jefferson and is waaay more versatile. and doesn't have any of chris bosh's game. he reminds me more of LBJ (body wise) without the passing skills and better range, but even less defense. the things beasley did in college will not translate as easily in the pros for a least another two years outside of scoring. i don't think he'll be as good a rebounder either in the pro's.

OJ Mayo. he doesn't have vince's hops. and isn't as creative a scorer as ginobili... i like the larry hughes comparison though. at his best he'll be larry hughes WITH a jump shot and better decision making skills, and that is not an insult. if larry hughes had a consistant J and wasn't a turnover machine he'd be at a very high level in the NBA... which is what i see OJ doing in a few years. I think OJ will have an up and down rookie campaign.

HAHAHA... Russell Westbrook isn't what making me laugh, its that you think OKC is gonna win a ring. not in this decade or the next. and Russell needs to have a three point shot to be eddie house which he doesn't possess. he is super athletic and is already the best defender of the rookies you listed. he'll have an impact on the game, but he nor durant or green will be bring a ring to OKC anytime soon... in fact, i believe at least two of them will be gone before seattle is even getting playoff consideration.

  4. rose:Deron williams

Michael beasley: if he can grow like 2 more inches sicne he is still young, he can be like Amare stoudemire . bTW, if he doesnt grow, or plays SF, then he might be melo

    OJ mayo: wade

Russell Westbrook: you can't compare him to stuckey. he only been here for a year.lol maybe Billups

kevin Love: AL jefferson or Bosh

    Jerryd Bayless:carter

  5. I agree with your analysis of D-Rose... He's gonna be like D-Wade more than anyone...

Beasley I dont think will be like Jefferson....He's too versatile...Bosh was a better comparison, but Beasley can also bang on the inside...So I see him as more of a Rasheed Wallace type player, they have alot in common..Can shoot from anywhere, can post up, good shot blockers, and are very confident in their game

OJ Mayo wont be like Vince Carter, If you mean in terms of scoring and not dunking, then yes he may be.. .But he doesnt dunk anywhere near Vince's level, so I compare him more to a Chauncey Billups/ Baron Davis - Strong, Quick, Can shoot the 3 and attack the basket, and also pass the ball, maybe not as good as chauncey though...

Westrbook, I have no idea about... I honestly never watched him play, but from what I heard he sounds pretty good...

Eric Gordon, even though you didnt mention him, would probably be like a Ben Gordon with a more well-rounded game..He can attack the basket as well as shoot the lights out

Jerryd Bayless would be a Monta Ellis-Leando Barbosa type player... Can score in bunches and will really be effective for portland this upcoming season

And I think Kevin Love would be better than advertised... I see him at best as an 18 and 9 type guy...
