That's too broad a question.  The one thing I would want with me depends on where I crashed. Here's a few to think about:

High Arctic - winter

                    - summer

Boreal forest regions - winter

                                     - summer

Ditching in water - ocean

                             - very large fresh water lake

                             - very large swamps

Tropical jungle regions

Desert country

Mountain region at high altitudes

So you see, it is not that simple.  Because in most of those regions there is probably a very specific item I would want to have with me.
