The Chinese. They have the oldest civilization among the powerful nations. They are genetically more intelligent than any other racial group. They are culturally attuned to what used to be called "The Christian work ethic" - which is what drove the Industrial Revolution and brought progress to the world. They are free of the namby-pamby "Do-gooder" culture that has castrated Western power for the last forty years. Finally, although their sensibilities do not extend to humanity at large, they are dedicated to their own families.
