hi. is it possible to have a nice looking skin when you're like 70? i know one lady who is in her early 60s and her skin looks like that of a 20 year old, no kidding. it looks soft and supple; the lady is also a bit overweight. she uses ordinary, cheap moisturizers, nothing else. if you know anything about this topic, please comment. thanx!

  1. Yes, if you maintain good skin health, stay away from skin irritants (like long sun exposure and too much make-up), and make sure you keep your skin moisturized (either with creams or sufficient skin nutrition internally), then your skin could stay looking younger for years longer than "normal".

...Of course, to keep it looking young at 70 would be more difficult. For most people, that means eating a good diet every day for the rest of their life and staying out of all sunlight (meaning no going outside and keep the shades closed), and using moisturizer most days. It's just not likely for most people if they like going outside, but people that live underground for an extended time tend to look younger just from the lack of sun damage.  ;-)

  2. Lots of water and healthy fats like olive oil and salmon.  Read "the perricone promise" on how to gain younger looks in a healthful way :)

  3. Chlorella, a green algae supplement will make you look and feel younger. So will meditation.
