  1. WTH i know you said all suggestions but urine?? gross! You could use any of your favorite flavored liquors, or coffee, or your favorite extract mint is nice, peanut butter or any other nut butter

  2. I use a basic white sauce recipe

    11/2 oz butter

    11/2 oz plain flour

    1 pint milk

Melt butter in a saucepan over moderate heat

Add flour and beat until smooth ,remove from heat

Add milk, a little at a time, and beat well.

Bring to the boil and cook gently for 2-3 minutes, stirring all the time.

Mocha Add 1 tablespoon grated chocolate and 1/2 teaspoon coffee essence, than bring to the boil again for 2 minutes.

After making the plain sauce you can add any thing else to it .just a few ideas

to make sweet sauces.(marmalade) (vanilla) list goes on

for savoury(cheese)( mushrooms) (onions) (parsley) and on

Hope this gives you a few ideas

  3. i sued this recipe a few times and it worked out very well

    about 200g of dark chocolate

    30g  butter

    3 teaspoons of  honey

    125ml full fat milk

break the chocolate into small pieces in a glass bowl. Place the bowl over a pan of hot water which is on the heat. Add the butter and honey make sure you watch it, stir it sometimes, until the chocolate begins to melt. whisk in the milk in small parts until you have a smooth sauce and warm through. then use it for whatever!

  4. hi - i saw this chocolate sauce recipe on nigella.

it has been tried and tested :) NOT fat free

    * condensed milk

    * cooking chocolate (dark or milk)

    * peanut butter

melt and continue to stir all ingredients together over a very low heat until combined.

drizzle over crepes, icecream, waffles ....

  5. I already tried this lovely recipe! Great for any occasions like graduations or parties!

  6. Adding some corn syrup will prevent crystallization.

Instant coffee granules will give it a darker flavor.

A little ground cayenne will give it some zing without a real definable taste.

(ground cayenne in Peanut brittle is awesome.)

  7. equall amounts of good chocolate non salted butter double cream and golden syrup. You could also add a dash of your fav booze

  8. its is a very simple thing to do - just make sure you buy a good quality dark chocolate - minimum 60% cocoa solids

    half pint double cream

    100grms dark chocolate

2 tablespoons dissolved strong coffee in hot water with 1 tbspoon sugar dissolved in it too

    k**b of butter

optional - a liquor of ur choice- cointreau or brandy or similar

put all the items into a sauce pan and gently heat stirring all the time

test it for sweetness and add more dissolved sugar if you want
