  1. omg me 2...eccept i am ussally the one who makes the mess in my house....but i want one just so i can decorate it exactly how i want it....but unfortunatly it take alot of care and money to own a house and u can't do that at 14. sorry

  2. Regrettably, you probably can't afford it. Also, you probably don't have a credit rating, meaning that getting a loan with which to pay the down payment on the house would be nearly impossible. Unless your parents are rich, and eager to get you out of the house, I think your best bet would be to sit your family down, talk about the mess, and set up a chore wheel, where everyone rotates chores every week.

The head of the household should be impressed by your initiative, and it's a fair way of doing it, and enforcing that things get done!

  3. I can understand how that situation would be frustrating.  but, I feel like every 14 yr old has some problem that makes them want their own place.  You're becoming your own independent person and your family's lifestyle probably cramps the new person you're becoming.  Just wait a few years and you'll have your own place to do with whatever you want.

  4. Relax.  You're supposed to feel this way.  It makes the separation that is coming in a few years easier to take.  In the mean time just do what you can and don't let the mess get you down.

  5. Ohh!! u r just 14 my dear so how can u own a house..It needs a lots of things and it is your family and its your responsibility to look after it and if u don't want then just keep u away from it and keep your things and room clean and decorate it...

  6. It costs over a thousand dollars a month, in an inexpensive area, to live on your own. That doesn't include food. How would you make enough to live on your own?

Part of growing up is slowly seperating from your family. But here's the truth. Unless you live alone for the rest of your life and never have a relationship, you will always be picking up after others. They pick up after you as well.

How often do you do the grocery shopping? How often do you earn the money to afford the..

    Light bill

    Water bill

    Gas bill,

    Insurance

    House payment

    cable bill

maintenence fees (like having the instruments to mow the lawn and pay for the gas to go into the mower)

How often do you wash your own bedding, your own clothing. Who pays for the washer, dryer, laundry soap, bleach and fabric softner.

How often do you clean the dishes, who pays for the water, the heater to heat the water, the dish soap and or dishwasher?

Every single thing in that home costs money and more money.

Who pays for the tv that sits in the home that you watch? Who pays for the cable that is on that tv. Or the video game you play on it?

Who pays for the internet, it's not free. There is no free internet. Who pays for the electricity it takes to run a computer, who pays for the computer?

You are sick of having to do some chores? When you grow up a bit more you'll find that only having to do some chores was so much easier than having to do everything else.

Truly watch what it takes for your mother to get through a day and be thankful for the little you are expected to do.

True immaturity believes moving out solves problems. True maturity understands things that are around them.

You are being selfish in not wanting to do for for others, especially others who do more than you will understand. When you get a job you will have to do things you don't like. When you work with others, you will have to help them and put up with them. When you get a job you will earn far less than you need to earn and will have to work your way up.

If you move out young, you'll need a roommate to handle the half of the bills you can't afford, and they will expect you to handle half of the work load at home.. even help them with their half at times.

And how do you plan on decorating anything? It takes money. See that nice bedding you have? If your mom got it cheap, it probably cost 100 dollars. See that nice bed, if your mom got it cheap it probably cost more than 700 dollars. And guess what.. your parents bought the stuff in your room, so it's theirs, NOT YOURS. If you moved out, they don't have to let you take any of it! You didn't earn the money to afford any of it.

It costs over 2,000 dollars to furnish your home wiht hte basic necessities. Not nice things. And having it cold or hot costs even more money. Money you can't afford.

Why not go get a part time job mowing lawns or babysitting and see how hard it is to earn anything you want. See how long it takes you. Stop allowing your parents to pay for food that you eat, don' tallow them to give you any money. Earn every penny. Don't allow them to buy you clothes, start paying for part of the phone, the cable bill, a cell phone bill, part of the electricity (just 30 dollars a month of the bill). Start paying your way and see how nice it feels to have it all taken care of for you.

  7. why would you go around cleaning their mess?

just leave it, let them live in it

keep your own room and places you use clean, or even try to stay at a friends house a little regularly,

your 14, you shouldn't be cleaning your family's mess, they should be cleaning yours

im sorry this situation is liek that for you, but all family's have their isues and we dotn usually get on untill we leave and dont have to see each  other every day and live in all these different peoples issues

  8. if you are that motivated for your own house then follow it up by creating income with a part-time job and start saving for a car which should be purchased before you try moving out

  9. Im 29 and I'd like to be debt-free, but that ain't gonna happen.  Seriously, being 14 sucks, what can I say?  I mean your teeth are crazy looking, your eyebrows are growing together, your face now looks like pizza, hormones, hormones, hormones, and nobody understands you.  Sucks, huh?  Good news is that you're not 14 forever.  It gets better, I promise.
