My orignal thoughts were, Why?. If the Israeli's are willing to exchange the living for the dead, what is the incentive to keep these soldiers alive if and when they are captured ?

Then again, I am not the parent of these soldiers.

May they Rest in Peace.

  1. I would never have agreed to such a swap, even if the one in captivity was my own father, brother etc. To release such a man who crushed a baby's skull is an outrage. I would be sick to my soul that they have my family member but, to free these types of animals for the dead would make me say to myself...."freeing this animal is an insult to my family member because they died for absolutely nothing."

No way. Ok, I can't visit my family members grave, that's sad indeed but, to free that animal and those like him for that reason alone, is an insult to not only my family member, but to the families of those who were killed by these animals, or died fighting those like them.

s***w the religious aspects and stick to laws, principles and decency. Let those animals like these guys either rot in prison, or be executed. Then they can burn in h**l.

  2. I think you'll find that the parents were far from happy. Personally I don't understand the ideology behind it and if they are to give the mob carte blanche to kill hostages then they have lost my respect.

  3. I suppose that's the difference between terrorists and those who respect life...

“This was a day of removing doubts,” declared the Prime Minister in his statement, “certainly in respect to the fate of Udi and Eldad, may they rest in peace, but also with regards to the people of Israel’s moral strength.

“Based on this strength, we decided to bring back the boys even at the heavy price of releasing a despicable murderer.

“A foreigner wouldn’t understand what every Israeli understands well: The mutual responsibility and concern for each one of our soldiers is the glue that connects us as a society.”

  4. ----> a simple ratio , thats how israel regards a "life".....

    Yes it is really obvious.

How an ill-gotten regime can regard a "Life"????????!!!!!!!

Do you live in your home or an occupied one?

  5. Honestly if I was a soldier who died for what I believe in and died to protect my country and all the little kids girls/boys in my country I would be really mad at the fact that the goverment is letting out the same persons I am fighting especially when I am already dead. I mean now they gave this killer a chance to repeat what he did before and this time it might be even worse cause think about it he killed the way he did back when he was 16 so if he was capable of doing that when he was 16 think of what he will be capable of doing now!!!!!

Also did you hear the remarks he made after he was given the shoot at freedom (which he got so lucky to get in the first place) which many people around the world never have and sometimes get killed or jailed for just stealing food. Yet he goes and say I will keep fighting Israel till I die he should have been dead by now. Man all those people cheering them make me sick.

Now all I am hoping for is that Israel planted some kind of traking device on him while he was sleeping or something so as soon as they know hes around a good bunch of them Hezbollah militants and even their leader....... BOOM bombs oway! Then that would make this whole situation worth it whose with me???

  6. Yes may they rest in peace and may their deaths may not have been in vain!

I hope that this will satisfy the terrorists who keep attacking Israel. They no longer have the excuse that they need to capture people so they can use them in an exchange.

This conflict all boils down to if the Middle East can become peaceful. The people in Israel do not want war. They would like to live in peace. The problem lies with Iran!

  7. I think this is an extremely stupid and misguided deal. Yes, you and I aren't the parents of these soldiers but neither is the Israeli government. The government should put public concerns before the concerns of the families. Live prisoners, especially horrible murderers of little children, should not be released for dead bodies.

On the other hand, the Hezbollah got just a fraction of what they would get if the two soldiers were alive, or even just one of them, so there is still incentive to keep hostages alive.

  8. i think you forget the 200 lebanese DEAD exchanged for 2 dead israelis ... a simple ratio , thats how israel regards a "life".....
