I believe restaurants in Delhi provide you with a good experience. I live in Noida and the sector 18 market there has a decent array of reasonable and fancy restaurants.

I'm really impressed by the way tastes are evolving. But I am shocked at how the government treats drinking like a crime. We can't display bottles, guests can't sit at a bar, it is so hypocritical

Many restaurants are copying western sytles of self service etc. It does not suit the Indian style of freedom and royal experience. Indian restaurants should keep the values of service and smile.

Restaurants in Delhi have to come up and evolve. There are very few bar+restaurants. Delhi needs them. But these have to be less of bar because the Delhites need to adopt them slowly.
