When I traveled all over Europe I stayed in Youth Hostels.  They are a great place to sleep.  There is not a lot of privacy and you can't hang out in bed all day.  You meet people from all over the world and get to know the local flavor of foreign countries which you could never do in an American style hotel. They are not as common in the states.  Where are you going.  Let me know and I will give you info.

actually wat u need first..?Y u need it..?Is there any use of it...bcz..u can find anywhere r u can rent a room and be there wid ur friends...so it becomes a hostel of youth..but u think 1st is there any use of it..ofcourse if u go to other place..coz of any work or something..u need it.........how much it depends on them...but i think there is no seperate youth hostel...if u eager more..then u can run on ur own....all the best take care...
